Jen is known for her ambitious and lively personality. She is highly active in the world of health and wellness. Jen started her journey in the holistic field when she started practicing Hatha yoga in 2003. She started to emerge her education by taking her first teacher training in Hatha yoga in 2006. She then taught at a yoga studio and gym while focusing on her academics. Jen completed her Bachelor of Arts in Social Justice and Peace Studies from Western University. She went on to complete her Master of Social Work from Laurier. Jen received experience from being in the mental health field and later went into child welfare. As an avid yoga enthusiast, Jen decided to further her teacher training and completed her Moksha Teacher Training in Los Angeles in 2014, Moksha Flow Training in 2015, and Power Yoga in 2016. Jen currently teaches at Moksha Yoga London, Moksha Yoga London West, and Moksha Yoga Stratford. Check out the studio at Jen is also teaching for New Leaf Foundation, which brings yoga to at-risk youth.

Jen has been focusing on harmonizing the world of yoga and wellness with social work and well-being. She developed and facilitated two yoga therapy groups for adults with anxiety and depression. She later facilitated therapeutic yoga workshop for kids and teens with anxiety. Jen continues to focus on professional develop with training’s in trauma, mindfulness and neuroscience, and mind-body connection. Jen opened her private practice working with individuals. This is an exciting time as she is leading a new form of health and wellness by combining her knowledge and education in Social Work with the healing and transformative powers of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation.
