Jen works with individuals with histories of trauma and is focusing on healing the mind, body, and spirit. This is an exciting time as she is leading a new form of health and wellness by combining her knowledge and education in Social Work with the healing and transformative powers of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation.
Jen completed her Bachelor of Arts in Social Justice and Peace Studies from Western University followed by her Master of Social Work from Laurier University. Jen started her yoga journey in 2003 and completed several trainings starting in 2006 for Hatha Yoga, followed by Modo Teacher Training in Los Angeles in 2014, Modo Flow Training in 2015, and Power Yoga in 2016 and several continued learning trainings. Jen currently teaches at Modo Yoga London and New Leaf Foundation, which brings yoga to youth in marginalized communities.
Jen offers clinical counselling services utilizing a holistic approach to health and wellness. She runs workshops for mental health, yoga, and spirituality. Jen is now offering trainings for professional development.
